Look what an AD gave me!
I'm in King Of Prussia,PA on business and went to the mall to eat at Legals Sea Food. I walked by a J.E. Caldwell Jewelers on my way out and HAD to stop and take a look see. I wanted to see the GMT IIc up close. Never held one or seen one personally. Only what ya'll have shown here on TRF. (They didn't have one)
I got to talking with the manager, Gad. We talked about the new models and redesigns. I mentioned regretting not getting an anchor with my Sub (I have an "M" series) and he said "hang on a second". He walked in the back and brought out this anchor and said "here you go"." It's been hanging on my bulletin board for a while and your welcome to it". Although I live in the Dallas,Tx area I will be calling Gad Azuelos the next time I want to buy a Rolex. Super nice guy! You guys in the Philly area may know where I'm talking about. Go see Gad. |

I bought my new Sub from JE Caldwell jewelers in Center Valley PA.....they are also nice at that store....I got more of a greeting there buying my watch then a new car.....sat in a leather chair and they gave me a bottle of water and they gave me 18 months interest free payments from a previous offer they had....at the time they were only doing 12 months interest free. The only thing though is JE Caldwell takes time to send you the warranty card for the watch....it took about 2 months for me to get my warranty card. They do wait 30 days then it takes them some time to actually process the card with the owners name and information and then for them to mail it. Other then that they are a good chain of jewelers

They are nice looking. You can buy them on EBay - reasonably priced too.

Great story, it's so good to hear of great AD experiences. When I had a problem with my SD, the AD arranged for a cheque to be sent in order to reimburse my travelling costs.
If all business's realised good customer care and treatment means returning customers and great feedback.

Cool. That was a nice gesture. I'll be in King of Prussia Thursday morning for a seminar. I'll be hitting up the Plaza afterwards and checking out Tourneau and JE Caldwell, my two favorite stores in the mall :) Oh, I only live about 15 minutes from the mall :)
