16803 with "t swiss t" dial?

just picked up a nice 9 series 16803 from drster here on trf (long time without watch over!!)

never seen one with a t swiss t dial.. curious about this. its very likely just a fact i dont know, or something im just over thinking..

thoughts? hopefully picture shows up

only ever seen it on a nipple myself, but subs are not my forte, i am sure the sub kings will be along soon

i was open and honest letting him know i didnt know older models as well, and he assured me the dial was original.. i was concerned by the "t swiss t" instead of >25 marking.. i was assured the watch was 100% original parts. :(

is it wrong that this makes me not want the watch? being a frankenstien of sorts is not what i saved and scrimped to buy

The TDC is well hidden in the pics, but he does say relumed hands and dial. Are you still in his three day window for a refund? Either way, I'd be demanding one.

yes this was done by late night meet up.. i cant help but feel taken advantage of.. perhaps i need to realize its not something thats meant to be for me.. ive been putting $10-20 away here and there for years to save.. and i went used so i could buy my wife an anniversary gift instead of all me into a new watch.. shesbeen great to me and hasnt had a gift besides flowers and a card in years.. but now buying used and feeling that i cant trust things from even here has me discouraged

Don't worry mate, I am sure the seller will sort this out for you, don't be to discouraged. In the past year I have bought nearly 10 watches from here, I'd say about 3 had a problem with them that wasn't described, I was always dealt with properly and left happy at the end of the transaction. You will get your refund.

biggest issue on top of everything is he is not local .. so lets see how he is willing to refund.. always tricky. ..

He seems to have good feedback and lists quite a lot of watches here, I'm sure you'll be fine.

agreed it will likely work out .. i just dont understand why someone would be less than truthful about things.. also .. im not in a position to lose this money.. so i wont ship before refund is given, perhaps he will be willing to give a refund in person meeting part way (were 1.5-2hrs apart) ... this just feels like 100% his error, and i dont want to lose $1 over it ..

im always watching these sellers sales.. this was local and a seller with a lot of listings on here as well as feedback, so i assumed there would be no issues.. im just tryin to look for a fair price and fair condition i guess
