I have the 116528 diamond dial in black and it is my beater watch, love it and it goes everywhere with me.....the main differences might be parachrome hairspring in the movement depending on year of 116528 as well as rehaut engraving and I believe there were some changes to the clasp.....I am probably forgetting some stuff

One has Zenith the other in house movement.
I prefer zenith, but most here will say in house 4130.

I believe the band is different. In 2000 is when they switched to an in house movement and 116528 started. Also chrono plots were rearranged. The seconds plot and hour plot were switched.
Heres mine for a glance. My favorite hands down

As others have said, the only differences are in the bracelet and the movement; this also implies different subdials position. Same case size and shape but the older model has brushed lugs whilst the newer one has them polished.

Of course the newer model has luminova dial and hands, thicker than the Zenith model

Don't know about the weight but end links and clasp are different for sure.
