trade advice?

howdy! so here is the story - i'm looking into buying some gold/silver bullion given the market is showing some lower prices. next thought is, why not pay a couple bucks over spot and get a president. next, i think wife will kill me if i buy another rolex no matter what scheme i use to justify it. given all this thought, now i really really want a presi... at this moment, i wanna keep my pepsi gmt and am now thinking about trading my polar exp2(HEAD ONLY) and 2tone thunderbird in on one presi. thoughts? ratios? expectations in trade? trade vs sell both pieces then just go buy? let me know!

I'm pretty sure that a president is going to cost many times more than the equivalent weight of gold bullion...maybe I'm not understanding the question?

Probably depends on what year day date you're looking for and what condition and year you trades are in...

If by, "couple bucks" you mean, "thousands of dollars" then I'd agree. Why not?

Any excuse is a good excuse to get a DD.

Maybe buy her a purse or something then ease into the Day Date purchase.
