Watch Insurance

Hi Guys,

I know this has been asked many times, and I have read through existing threads regarding the topic, but I wanted to get an up to date view on people's experiences. Those of you in the UK would be particularly helpful since I live in the UK.

I'd like to get some insurance for my watch, and from what I've read previously most people seem to add them to their contents cover.

Just some questions,

-Do they provide accidental damage, and has anyone had to make a claim for such a thing, how did they deal with the enquiry?

-Anyone who can recommend some reliable/good companies would be useful, I had a quote from T H March, but would it be better to add them to my contents cover? My home insurance will be due soon, so I'm open to sugestions.

Thanks for reading and look forward to your replies.

M.
