Restore stretch on Oysterquartz 17014 bracelet?

Anyone have any experience regarding this matter? Can Michael Young fix a 17014 bracelet with space between links and stretch?

Thankful for any input!

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.
