Flippers conundrum.

Getting better. Flipping less.

And not asking what I should wear. I'll decide that on my own. Just sharing.

Relativeky consistent flipper. Getting married this Saturday. The soon to be mrs Superdog has been excessively supportive of my habit.

But she has dropped the hammer. Whatever I wear at the wedding, I keep for life.

This is the modest current collection. I'm thinking BLNR. She wants the Ti Omega. Almost flipped the BLNR this week, but woke up in cold sweats the day before I was supposed to ship. Maybe that's a sign??

Anywho, it'll be an interesting week and a big decision. A watxh I can't get rid of???!?!!?!?!?

Not sure I can get my mind around that. Thanks of DavidSW is so understanding.

Congrats on your upcoming nuptials! I'm assuming you'll be wearing a black tux? If that is the case I vote that you should sport your Omega with that black strap with white stitching... In any event I agree with Thomas and beer nuts in keeping your BLNR

Totally agree. Whether your wedding is formal or on the beach, I'd wear the BLNR and keep it forever... Congrats

Here is another vote for the BLNR.....but if I may suggest, flip them all and get your grail watch that you wear for the first time to your wedding and keep it for life!

Congratulations!

I am with the "sell all and get that grail you will keep for life" camp.

Sounds like a good plan but not sure if its practically doable since its just around the corner.

Major congrats to you and soon to be Mrs Seth.

(p.s. if it stays at the current line up, go with the BLNR.)

Sam!!! Hey brother!!

I went a bit non traditional. Can you believe it?

A three piece navy Canali suit. Black tie, shoes and belt.

Thinking the BLNR will match well. But a watch that I can't flip.

Whew. That's a big deal.

I love ur thought process. Besides the BLRO, which is my new "end all, be all", nothing else that really grabs me.

Thats not entirely true tho. The SD, the Sub and every DD2, are always on the brain.

But for me, the BLRO is my future. Thinking the BLNR is my present, and apparently my long term keeper. It'll be an interesting week seeing what happens.

Get a PP, preferably a 5167 or 5227. Both classic on their own merits. I've been married 30 years so I have some credibility here...

I'd just skip wearing a watch that day.

I'd probably go grail or BLNR.

The keeper in that bunch is the BLNR...I'd flip them all and get a 5711.

David has a beautiful smurf on his site; send him the current lineup in trade, work out the difference and wear an heirloom worthy piece for eternity

"But she has dropped the hammer. Whatever I wear at the wedding, I keep for life."

Just buy a Swatch then, and wear that. Or don't wear a watch. That would be more appropriate.

Edit: Forgot to say, good luck for the big day!
