What serial is it?

What do you say about the insert, I can´t find anything that looks like it in any of the guides or on the web so far :S

Don't know that I could tell from photo, the service inserts have much thinner fonts, a lot of watches from that era have replacement inserts that are thinner and not correct
The photo of my 1665 is a service insert... Since replaced.
