Will be travelling to Spain - Barca in two weeks time, looking to buy a BLNR, would really appreciate if anyone can guide me to a place and let know the price and how much VAT i can reclaim back.

I am based in Dubai, however, bought my first rolex a steel DJ2 from Milan last year,worked out to be around $1200 cheaper than Dubai after the VAT reclaim ( although we have no taxes, but rents and other costs are very high here).
