Rolex-less...

I have flipped more than 20 Rolex, Panerai, AP, VC, Vulcain, Omega and Ulysse Nardin watches in the past couple of years, but always had at least one Rolex, not anymore.

I just sold my SS Daytona and VC Overseas and ordered a PP Aquanaut 5167.

Lately I believe less is more, so I will only keep the 15400, 5167 and Speedy Pro (plus a Cartier Santos that belonged to my late father).

A BLNR would be a nice addition in the future, we'll see how long this condition lasts!

One thing is for sure, once a flipper...

I think this will leave you with 3 great watches! I've considered selling my Daytona to test out a Glashutte Seventies Chrono.

It's fun to test a new brand. Rolex isn't going anywhere - you can always get another one down the line.

With the Patek price drop, I'd have kept the Daytona, sold the VC and topped up with some cash.

Regardless, congratulations on the future incoming.

Ordered with the new price, and a decent discount of course.

I will add an aquanaut or nautilus this year but will still keep a few Rolexes.
