TWO Similar Pams, worth it?

I bought two Panerai from my AD the other day right before increases hit.

A pam 590, and a 564 titanium

They seem very different, one shiny, one matte, one black dial, one brown dial, cut out dial, painted, strap, etc.

However, its still a PAM. And Iconic styling they are both luminor

is it worth it to keep both of these, or in the grand scheme of things are they too similar?

thoughts?

They are most definitely different enough (and good enough) to justify keeping, especially with different straps for each. Depends on the collection and whether keeping both would keep you from others, I suppose.

I think they're different enough. Keep both and see how it works for a few months. And congrats. I like both of those a lot!

I honestly think they are too close. I admit i tend to buy specific watch styles and sometimes accused of being too similar but in my case they are different brands. I tend to prefer the titanium but my 2c too similar.

think you may be right. my wife loves the titanium but isnt a fan of the 590 because of the faux patina elements. guess i should stick with my first instinct on this one

love the 564. 8 day movement rocks. =)

thanks guys =)

I had these two. Sold the 514 SS but only because a 605 came up.

you mean like these two?

Same base, but black and polished.

If you don't think you need similar models. Sell one and add a Rad model for something different
