New to Forum
Greetings everyone, I'm new to the forum and will be purchasing my first Rolex within the next few weeks. Still trying to decide between the Deepsea and the Deepsea D-blue. Both are beautiful - just a lot going-on with D-blue, hence the hesitancy.
Anyway - I enjoyed the debates and advice on this forum and hope to learn more about the brand and history. |

A big TRF welcome Theo, make sure that you try them both on before deciding. Don't forget some pics once you have it in hand!

Hi, welcome to the forum...
I see your avatar, do you ride bike? I think there's a thread in general forum about bikes. |

The all black will be more versatile. Both fine watches and the same inside ;-)
Welcome and good luck! |

Good luck finding a D-Blue to compare side by side. I've given my number to 3 ADs here in town to call me when they get one. I hear it will likely be months...

Welcome. Only one piece of advice here. If you have a pre-constructed mental desire for a particular watch, e.g. A DS Deep Blue, do not pull the trigger on an alternate or substitute until you have handled the original object of your desire to your heart's content. No matter what you buy, the original notion will remain as an itch to be scratched and will not be denied. Quick flipping can be financially painful. Be patient and buy what you desire the first time.

Don't think you get your bang for the buck with the D-blue, but hey, if that's the one that sings to you, don't listen to me.

Welcome!
I still haven't seen one in person yet, but I'm pretty sure I would go with the D-Blue. Just going from pictures I prefer it and I hear it is even more impressive in real life so that's the way I would go. I'm afraid that only you can decide though, so good luck with your choice

Welcome, I think D BLUE would edge the black dial. It's still not too braggart blue, very refined dark blue hue
