Inconsistent performance - 114060

I'd like your opinion on whether or not I'm being overly critical of my watch. I've had it a little over a month (bought it new) and the pattern I've noticed is for 2 days following synching the watch with watchville on my phone the watch will be one second fast then the third day it will increase to 5 to 10 seconds fast then it will continue to speed up until I lose my patience and synch it up again a few days later.

I've read in a few threads that the accuracy can be adjusted by resting it in various positions overnight so I have positioned it so that the dial is flat and face up. I wear it from 6:30am until about 11pm 5 days a week and from 8am to 10pm on weekends. I wind it every morning.

I'm assuming it needs to be regulated by the Rolex service folks, but I wanted your opinions before I dropped it off.

Thanks,
-David

Positioning does not affect new watches much. If purchased from AD have them send it to RSC to regulate. You don't need to wind it every day

It's 1 1/2 months old. How long should I wait?

You need to get an average over a longer period of time.
You have a 2 year warranty... there's no reason to hurry. Watch it for a month and check the time (error) only once a week, not daily. Then calculate the daily average.
And, like he said... no need to wind your watch if you wear it every day.

Thanks for the advice. I'll take more time with it and see what happens over more time.
