Is there a 7383 Bracelet?

Always been a Cartier man but have decided to add a Rolex to my collection and have been looking online at a 1960's Oyster Precision. Love the simple retro look of the older watches.
Problem is the bracelet is marked as 7838/19 with end pieces 361.

Obviously these two fit together but are they a standard Rolex pairing.

And the big question, I seem to be finding mixed responses about the 7838 code for a bracelet. I can find examples of this bracelet on vintage Rolex watches but also on the Tudor version, was the 7838 only for the Tudor and has been aftermarket fitted to Rolex's?

I've also see posters say that Rolex never done a 7838 and it must be a mistake and be 7836. But the seller says that it defo says 7838.

Sorry for such a long winded first post, but normally I find these things easy to research on the net, but the different answers have me scratching my head.

Thank You in advance.

Sure it doesn't actually say 7835? A 7836 is 20mm, and the "20" isn't stamped on the bracelet since 20mm is the only size in which it comes. On a 7835, the "19" is stamped on it (since there are several sizes of 7835). If memory serves, the watch in question has 19mm ends.

A clear pic would be useful. Here's an example of stamping of 7835/19

I'm glad i came across this since i'm in a similar situation with a Tudor Oysterdate that I'm debating on buying that has 357 end links with a 7835 bracelet. Is there a such thing?
