Steinhausen Winders

Are the Steinhausen winders considered good quality winders?

I don't have any direct experience, however, from members comments over the years, the Steinhausen winders are several levels below the quality of an Orbita or a Wolf..

ok, so how bad is bad? From a functional point of view, would I be putting a Rolex in harms way if I were to use a Steinhausen winder?
