It looks genuine but if it's a private seller then get him to meet you at an AD to get it authenticated before you purchase.

Thanks for that ,I thought the same ,I've even googled the name of the previous owner ,owns a "security " firm !!

You do hear stories of people who show pics of the real watch and then switch it for a fake but if he's a genuine seller then he'll have no issues with meeting you at an AD for a second opinion....Its like asking the AA to give a second opinion when buying a secondhand car.
