On front of the watch it says, Rolex 7 world's records ? If that means anything to anyone, I did a quick search about the web and couldn't find anything about it, it's obviously a women's watch due to the size being no bigger then an inch.
Inside the watch it says 15 jewels / timed 6 positions for all climates / engravings with the letters f s a r then it's says Rolex and something under it I can't make out ? |

Haha no it didn't fall into a garbage dispose but close. It's has however been sat underneath my kitching flooring for the past forty plus years.

Looks real enough..pre-war enamel dial. Surprised not to see any engraving/marking inside the caseback though. Could be a Rolex movement/dial/hands in a newer case, I guess. Someone will have a more definitive answer for you soon, I expect.

Thanks for the info I'm guessing that it was pretty old.

Next question will be the obvious, do you think that it's worth putting it up for auction ? It's not in the prettiest of conditions but I'm sure maybe someone might have a crack at repairing it ?
