Royal Oak 5402ST vs 15300ST

Gents,

I'm in the market for an AP Royal Oak and have been able to source both the 5402ST (D series) and the 15300ST - both black dials.

I was wondering, in your opinion, which one of the two were better watches to own. the premium for the 5402ST is about $1000, and i would like to know if its worth it...

Please help me make this decision!
