It is ref ZFBNP029, more commonly known as "Traffic Jam". Very desirable reference only available at boutiques, I expect it will be a collector's item in the future.

Putting a sticker or two on my watch has become a ritual whenever I visit my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. She told me trains are for boys. This one had been on a couple of days when I took the photo.
