As much as I love the PAM 127, i'd go ROO and then grab another one of the latter 47mm's for much less somewhere down the road (ie. 372/422).

The 127 was so cool before all the more recent 47's but now I don't find it unique enough to justify the price gap that currently exists.

The ROO on the other hand is a ROO. Try finding a cheap alternative (and message me when you do!).

Ken, Cru and Mike... he he he. You brave souls. but yiu know what I agree with you guys. I am dead set on the Panerai, it's simplicity is so well executed with tons of history. I put the thread here to see how it measured up against the AP. But I have already drwn my own conclusions. Thank you all for commenting.
