Your favourite RO
I just wanted to share a thread and love to Royal Oaks and was really curious on what other peoples opinions are on their favourite Royal Oak. Ill start off by saying 15202 just edges it in front of the 15300.

I'm beginning to think the 15400 for me.
Not a big fan of the ROs with complications. 15202 doesn't have a second hand, which kills it for me. I can't get past the "AP" at the 12, not a fan of no marker next to the date window, and also the larger bezel and smaller dial are a bit of a turnoff for me. I think if they brought the design elements of the 15400 to the 15300, it would be perfect. Given all that, it's hard to beat the quality, wrist presence, and still being less than 10mm thick that the 15400 provides. |

The Jumbo by a big margin. It's dimensions and proportions are just perfect. I ever owned both the 15400 and Jumbo together for a while and when I compare them, it become too obvious that the 15400 with the slightly bloated dimensions started to look "off" to me when compare to the perfection of the Jumbo.

I'm guessing that I'll be in the minority by voting for the ROC...I just like chronos too much.

The most beautiful to me is the Jumbo, but the lack of second hand would probably stop me from getting one, so I would say 15300, I was so stupid 1,5 year ago not to pull the trigger on a mint blue dial from 2009 at a giveaway price compared to what they go for nowadays

Jumbo. Lack of second hand doesn't matter to me. At first it did, but the history of this reference is what puts it in first for me.

I voted ROC, although it would be better if the poll differentiated between the 39mm and 41mm versions, in the same way it does for the 15300/15400.

for me the chrono on the 41mm RO completes the watch. it looks plain and naked to me in the 15400 version.

I see the dual time has very little love, I kinda like it with the blue dial, but I like asymmetrical blue dials |

Jumbo. I actually find the lack of second hand more appeasing when i stare at the dial.

Well, I think the 202 and 400 are in similar categories so they will take a lot of votes, and for me I see AP as quite the sporty luxury brand and so like to see chronos on mine, esp as the ROOs are a little too thick for me these days.
