Rolex Sea-Dweller

Hi All

I purchased a 16600 M series Sea-Dweller approximately two weeks ago. Would this be the same as the Sea-Dweller 4000? Is there a difference??

TIA

What's a Sea Dweller 4000?

All Sea Dweller's are rated to 4000ft if that is what you're asking...

Sorry, guys.

I've really answered my own question. In the UK Rolex catalogue, it states Sea-Dweller 4000; this, obviously, relates to the waterproofness of the watch.

Nice pic, BTW, Harvey. :)

End of thread!

Hi Bo

I did post pics of my SD and other new Rolex acquisitions under the thread 'As Promised'. However, just for you, here are a few more that I took a few minutes ago. Ignore the date and time, as the SD is currently 'boxed': -

Thanks for the pics, Raymond!

I remember now having congratulated you already once in the other thread.

Great watch & Strat. And, is that a Fender Reverb amp. in the background?

Hi Trainer

No. It's actually the Steve Vai Carvin Legacy VL212 100 Watt combo. All valve! Beautiful!!

https://www.carvinguitars.com/produc...?product=VL212

And here is mine: -

And of course, The Strat (modified). Kahler 2310 Pro whammy bar, EMG pre-amp boost and neck sanded back and front. : -
