16700 Yellow Lume

Dear all,
this is my first post so I apologize in advance if there is any mistake.
this is the watch I am planning to buy, but there are some weird things
The watch is ref 16700 and serial N so it dates to somewhere in 91',92'.
How can the markers be so yellow, hands are replaced they are superuminova so dont mind them? is it maybe a replica or someone waneted to make a fake patina? also the date is leaning to the left is this something normal or?
I would be grateful for any help :)
