Do you guys think this watch is fake on ebay:

Looking to buy so is there anything that sticks out as a red flag?

It's real, but missing the bracelet.

Starting to get overpriced without the bracelet (at about $1800 US). If it goes much higher you may want to wait for another offer, or shop one of the sellers in the TRF classifieds.

I think that's a "Buy it Now" piece and I don't see any bidding going on.

I can't comment on the price, but it is a very nice watch.

Thanks all, price wasn't a huge factor I needed the blue dial more than anything.

I purchased it but will verify once more when it arrives.

Just an update: I took the watch to a reputable watchmaker and had the movement verified. I'm glad everything worked out as I was nervous buying a watch on ebay.

Just wanted to share some tips for others that may aid them in their purchase should they choose to do it over ebay (to be completely honest, I wouldn't do it again because of the stress/uncertainty involved but I really wanted the blue dial air-king in this case for other reasons):

I asked the experts on these forums! :)
I asked for the seller’s phone no. I’m in Canada & the seller was in California, in my case the seller was great and very communicative, we texted each other and had ongoing communication for quite a while getting a feel for the seller.
I have a few friends from uni that are working in the Valley, I asked one to meet with the seller just in case and the seller was willing to meet in person and have it verified beforehand. Unfortunately my friend couldn’t find someone to authenticate it so I took the risk, but...
I then asked the seller to change the ad to accept returns. He was helpful and did so, which gave me breathing room to open a return case with paypal/ebay in case it turned out fake.
When I received the watch I had it inspected as mentioned above and thankfully everything worked out.
