suspicious Daytona
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-Dayton...item28029915e1
Seller has zero feedback. The second hand on the chrono seems to be hiding a badly done coronet. |

The crown at 12 looks all out of whack. The tips look like they are touching but are hidden behind the seconds hand.

Also the 85 and 90 on the bezel seem so almost touch the striped markers. I don't know if this is normal for a specific period daytona but it looks different then the genuine daytona pic i see.
Edit: everything is way off, dial to small/bezel too big, the positioning of the subdials in relation the lumed markers. |

The coronet is too round at the bottom, it should flatten out a bit. Also, on the black dials, the lines in between the number on the sub-dials should touch the inner ring of the dial

Easy way to tell guys, the silver subdial bands are much too wide/thick than gen, easy way to tell, they are always off

the fake daytonas all have pushers that are too long, like what you see in the OP pictures.
the band of the sub dials are also too thick. |
