Switching dial on SS Daytona

I have a white SS Daytona. I am thinking of switching the dial. I could go with either:

Panda with red hands
Meteorite with red hands
Blue Arabic with red hands
Grey Slate with red hands
Black Arabic Dial with red hands
Silver Arabic Dial with red hands

What would be your favorite switch and why? And could you post any pics? Any other dials I may be missing? Looking for some help and ideas.

Thx

Here's White Panda with Gold Hands. This is the way the watch came from Rolex. You got a lot of choices there.Name: image.jpg

I went with the panda with red hands.

My second favorite and a future project would be Black Arabic Dial with red hands.

not my pic

The silver racer dial is by far the nicest "gold" dial IMO.

I never even thought about an ice blue dial on the stainless steel. Anyone have one? Any pics?

make sure the lume on the dial match that on the hands... older dial/hands are green. newer ones are blue.

Some great options there... I agonised over the slate and panda.

Opted for panda and very very happy. Just compliments the SS so well

May pick up a slate sometime in the future if our exchange rate ever improves :)

Looking good!

Mods can fun. Panda, slate it meteorite with matching hand sets would be the way to go.

I'm surprised this is possible. I thought Rolex had a strict policy of only offering alternatives that were available on the original, specific model. I.e. only black or white on the SS model, in this case.

This comes up when people want to switch DJ dials. Anyway, cool! I'd go Panda all day.

From a purely aesthetic angle, I like the meteorite dial. If I were into Frankenstein mods that would be my choice.

But it is not the way I would get one myself. Good luck with your project.

Rolex won't be doing this type of work. The only way is to source the parts and have a watchmaker do it. One who doesn't have a Rolex parts account to risk.

Is the black bezel on the panda a ceramic bezel? Whatever it is it looks great! Where did you get it? Do you know a source? That is the look I am going for. Thanks!

I would go with a Black Arabic Dial with red hands. Why? Because it is the best looking Daytona of them all IMHO of course.
