The purchase is only going to feel better once you actually save up for it.

Au contraire I love walking out empty handed. Sort of a small victory for my sensible side which rarely makes appearances. Sounds like you have your priorities in order
Do post when the day comes PS: don't forget there's no endgame in this hobby. Even those with 15202s walk in and try on watches and dream of the next level. |

Hang in there and stay away from the AP boutique.

Never finance a watch.
Just my opinion.

Agreed.
These are absolutely luxury items. If you can't pay for it without even thinking twice, it shouldn't be on the menu. Just my opinion Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk |

Don't walk into these stores... It so tempting..
Save up for the right one & it all be worth it when you get that amazing feeling! Agree with above best to save up rather than finance... |

I agree why pay $1000 a month with $200 or so being interest than just save $1000 a month and be able to afford more watches over time
Theres really no reason to take out finance unless you will be using it to make money greater than the cost of the interest i.e. a business loan |

Focus on being the best at what you do. Money will come and the AP will be on your wrist before you realize it.

with credit being so cheap at present sometimes its the same situation if you by now and get a good price rather than waiting and get hit on exchange rate movements.
I don't know what you guys get in other countries but if we redraw on our home loan $20,000 at 4.17%. that means it only costs $830 a year interest deficit. if our AUD vs USD drops a further say 3 cents in a year. That's 4% currency movement. Either way its cheap credit and it is an asset you are holding as a result. Just think of it like your buying the watch for $20,830 instead of $20,000. im not giving any type of financial advice, just stimulating thought. |
