For some reason the links weren't showing up on my computer, but did on my phone.

I think you could pull off either. The dual time is probably better proportioned on your wrist.

I also think it depends on what you are looking for in a watch. The 15400 looks more sporty, and the dual time a bit dressier on you.

Thank you for the advice , and i have offer form AP retailer in HongKong about 28% off,the price about 25.500$ for a BNIB with I"serial 6xxxx do you think this price "is good for me to purchase it?

If small wrists I don't recommend 15400

I would go for 15202 in steel or RG or 15450. The 15400 wears larger than stated, which can be a plus or a negative depending on your preferences.
