Redundant...Or Okay?

I was just wondering if it is redundant to own a 26320 in white and in black?

I already have the full bracelet Rose Gold with black dial but have really been desiring a Rose Gold white dial on strap.

The only other option that I could see myself going with is the dual time with white dial.

Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone would be greatly appreciated!

Not at all. I have two 44mm novelties and love them both. Please post pics of your full bracelet black dial. I'm strongly considering oneself.

Nope ... very different ... black dial bracelet vs. white dial strap. 100% justified!

They are different enough to be in the same collection but if I am you, I will probably consider a RG ROO to add more variety.

You obviously can't go wrong with another ROC. And the combination of RG case/hands and a white dial to me always looks fantastic.

But since you asked, if you'd consider a non-AP, I think you could also consider a VC 49150 as a more "sporty" alternative, or even an IWC 3904 or BP 2885 as a more "dressy" alternative.

Solid recommendation on the VC.

Not to hijack the thread, but did you pick up that GO Seventies Chrono on Govberg?

Is the strap aftermarket? As far as I know the steel 26320 doesn't come on strap

You are correct, but the problem with fitting a strap on the 26320 isnt the strap itself. The problem is the plots. The plots which fit leather or bracelet to the case are different shapes.

26470 RG on bracelet
26401 RG
26320 RG black dial and bracelet
Ceramic Diver

Sorry no pics of diver handy its at my vacation house and really have never worn it.

Holy crap, that's a load of RG! Gorgeous. So I guess another RG would keep with the trend but with that many APs I'd at least suggest another brand. On the other hand, you know what you like so if the AP works, go for it !

I would be inclined to try some other stuff but maybe you have and they don't do it for you? If so, then rock on! Nice AP set

Well i know people with multiple submariners and Daytona's no one asks them why they have multiple versions of the same watch, so yes you can get one in a white dial.

Funny, I have the RG white on strap and was thinking to switch to the black all gold after I tried it on... but will probably go for the 5711/1R first, it wears quite wide on the wrist so not that much difference to the ROC, but it is slimmer and much lighter.

Wow, nice collection of AP! Seeing that you have two 26470, one with bracelet and the other with strap, why don't you get rid of the strap one, keep the 26 470 with bracelet and simply buy a strap with plots and buckle? Might cost you a few thousand but you are freeing up alot of funds that you could use else were. Just a thought, but your RG collection really is outstanding.
