Pepsi vs Black Bezel Insert Poll
Originally purchased my 16700 with a Pepsi insert in 1995. After a month, had Rolex install black insert. Now fast forward 20 years later, I had the itch of having the Pepsi look after servicing the watch. Now I can't make up my mind.
It's either Black or Pepsi for me, no Coke. It's either all black or blue/red.. I would like to hear your opinions and/or insights about this. Also, has anyone encountered any problems with switching the inserts too often such as making the bezel assembly loose? I am hesitant of constantly changing the inserts too often. |

So 11 to 1 in favor of Pepsi. Surprising?

The black is more versatile...If we were talking ceramic, i'd say pepsi...but for all around use, i'd go black...

Pepsi for me. More iconic. People might mistaken the black one for sub.
I blame it on the autoconnect. |

The answer is both! Black is more versatile but Pepsi more sporty. Switch it up every now and then to keep it interesting

Would the fact that a new Pepsi GMT is worth $30k influence the community?

I prefer Pepsi insert during the summer months and switch to black insert for winter months. Great options to have and the perfect watch!

I always thought the black looked more traditional as well as more versatile.

I have a 16710 and put a pepsi insert for the summer. I plan to go for coke in the fall and black for the winter, but we will see.

Can't choose, both look as good as each other so gone 'Toin Coss' which is actually 'Coin Toss'....I think, unless I'm missing something

I wear my 16700 black, but have been thinking of the Pepsi Insert as well, because I also have a Sub (they look similar). Before owning the Sub, definitely black.
