History and your pics pls behind my new 'Everona' 116505 Everose Daytona
TRF'ers
After several years of hunting around for my next quality watch I finally settled upon the ever rose Daytona which I bought for my birthday and blew all the money I had!!! YOLO So thank you TRF (though I'm sure my wife doesn't feel quite as happy with you all). I have the pictures but sadly have not had the heart to remove the plastic yet so I'm not sure I'm doing the watch its justice at least for a few days! However, I haven't actually found much about the history of either ever rose or when Rolex decided first to make this watch. Also it seems mine is even more rarer as its the 116505a model (Baguette Diamond) which information about is fairly sparse and in fact it was not even in the main Rolex catalogue. So TRF'ers please post your information about the Everose Daytona and your pictures of it as well and any on info on when the model was introduced or info about it or the baguette diamonds thanks a million! Also any advice on the care of the Everona would be useful because I understand its not robust compared with Steel or platinum. |

Great looking watch! I believe that dial was introduced within the last year or so without any official announcement.

I so nearly bought this diamond marker everose Daytona this summer (and was offered it at a crazy price from an AD at £20,300, almost 30% off RRP), until I discovered it was Cheryl Cole's watch. Ugh. So I thought I'd wait until I could get the diamond marker Platona instead. Then I discovered it's Michael Buble's watch. Double ugh. Then I decided to save my cash ;)
