Icon20 Rolex Oyster - Fake or real???

Hi guys!

First post.

Got sent these pics from a friend thats looking for a Rolex, he got in touch with a guy that wears and wants to sell this one in the pictures, personally iv'e recently found a new and big interest in high end watches but im still a complete nobody in the world of watches.

What do you guys have to say about the watch in the photos, since the guy selling it claims its real, but theres no documentation at all on the watch. This is Sweden by the way, and the guy claimed its bought in Europe (maybe in Sweden, not sure) by his brother years ago.

Fake or real?
