I did a trade with a Terrell Rouse and he received my Cartier Calibre with silver dial and on bracelet, and I received a book from a San Francisco return shipping address, but it actually originated from the same address I shipped to. We agreed on a Rolex GMT BLNR, which I don't think he even has, the pics are stolen. My Cartier was shipped to 12255 Granada Way, Woodbridge VA, 22192. BE AWARE. I'm not sure the exact steps I need to take, but I've contacted the local police. I'll post the serial number and more info as I have it. Any help from members is greatly appreciated. Lookout for Terrell Rouse. Maybe fake names, but there is feedback attached to Terrell Rouse. His phone number is 703.596.8542. This is also posted on WUS, where he also had an account.

He is currently trying to sell/trade on The Rolex Forum. *The Ad has now been removed.

After doing a little research, this POS has been at it for a long time. He goes by Martin, Terrell and Kevin, all with the same last name, Rouse. BE AWARE! His local police seemed very interested in this guy. He's stolen thousands of dollars and several watches. SPREAD THE WORD!

He also stole a wire transfer before TRF took the ad down, even though I emailed the site and requested they take the ad down ASAP.

He's been doing this on TRF off and on for years. He also has two other brothers/cousins that in on it too, Kevin and Martin. I have the Woodbridge police dept. looking for Terrell and have gone through the all the necessary steps. My brother is local attorney near by so he's helping out where he can.

I'M OFFERING A CASH REWARD IF MY CARTIER IS RETURNED TO ME OF $500. If you know any info/tips please contact me. I'll be adding to this as the investigation goes on. BE AWARE!!!

sorry that ahole is a blight on the mid-atlantic region. have you thought of hiring security to reaquisition the watch or deliver the subject to the authorities.

It's a bit of a gray area in the law, but there are people who specialize in this sort of thing, the police aren't always involved in such matters.

I know there are quite a few of these guys in DC, they are often "hired" in that region for overseas work. My neighbor used to do such work there. He helped rescue a bunch of hostages who were held by the (current) government of Iran.

Thanks fellas. I posted the serial # in my first post, and Kevin Rouse is his brother, who has a longggg police record, including receiving stolen property and attempted murder.
