Newest ss daytona dial mods

I am understood that the newest Daytona dial has: single tic markers, polished sub dial rings, blue lume and the font is "normal".
On the official rolex site, they show the model with two ticks.
What is the newest dial with the latest updates??
Thanks for any help!

Mine's one month old. SS, black dial, double tick, blue lume, shiny subdial rings. Not sure what's a normal vs. abnormal font, but I have not a single complaint about this watch. It's superb.

Mine is a year old, and has the spacing in "COSMOGR APH."

It's already a collector's item, referred to as the "hanging APH."

Here is mine, 2 months old with the single tick, must be a (nos)older model and they are in transition to the double tick.

The '2' ticks after the twenty five marker on the dial. Newer Daytonas appear to have two as opposed to older versions with one tick

On the dial, between the the outside of SWISS and MADE, but before the 35 and 25 minute hour markers respectively, there are longer painted-on markers. Double tick = 2 in this gap, single tick = 1 in this gap.

Single tick with pointed 4. These details as insignificant as they may be, are certainly interesting.

Mine too, and I bought it new a month ago. I also have a polished clasp which I just noticed still has the protecting film on it...

I don't think the single tick vs. double tick is a old vs. new deal. Rolex uses multiple machines to make it's dials and parts. Just happens to be the small differences between the production coming out of different machines.

Also, the newest clasps are polished inside vs the sandblasted texture.

This is quite interesting. I have a YG model with "one tick" and polished clasps.

I'm under the impression that the polished clasp is new, I've only read about it here in recent posts. If so, the one or two ticks is not a matter of old vs. new. Maybe it depends on your dial.

On the 'two tick' models the minute markers for 28, 29, 31 and 32 are shorter. On the 'one tick' models it's those plus 27 and 33 minute markers that are shorter, yes?

I can't believe I've gotten in to the minutiae of dial subtlies, but since the pics are so sharp, I think I prefer the 'two tick' dial, fwiw.

It's in reference to the chronograph seconds track. Between 25 and 30, and between 35 and 30. It refers to the number of "long" tick marks. Like this:

35 | . . . . 30 . . . . | 25

...or double-tick:

35 | | . . . 30 . . . | | 25

No photograph necessary.

Single and double tick variances seems to be random.

I was reading a bunch of recent posts from Asia, most are single tick / flat 4 without "hanging ARH" for ss models, while PM are all double tick.

I think there exist minor differences on dial stamping machines at the Rolex factory.
If one is more rare or collectible, I'd say nah.

These details makes the reference so much more interesting.

Single or double tick aside, the most significant difference that I notice is the higher polished sub dial rings on some compared to a muted matte finish on some.

After coming across an earlier post on TRF discussing these differences I decided I wanted the one with the higher polished sub dials. They look better to me.

I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I was hunting for one. Some days it looks good, and some days something is just not right

Anyway here is a pic of mine. Its got the blue lume which is great too
