I'd be expecting a different bezel I think. The fluted white metal would go on a 1601(4).
Might like a closer look at the dial. What are the end-links on the strap? HM

Yes, dial was told, refinish or replaced. Bezel seems odd too. If it's true Rolex parts, I don't mine. I'm questioning if it was real or not? I know difficult to tell from pic..

The lugs don't look great, but it's really hard to say for sure from one pic. I'm currently wearing my 72 linen dialed 1603, and I can make the lugs look awfully gracile, depending on the angle. Mine has been polished, but not too much.
