Tudor BBB or Turn-o-graph black dial??
Hi all!!
I´m very excited these first days at the forum. Is nice to share the same passion for watches with all of you. I´m thinking in buying a new watch in the near future. I think the BBB is an amazing watch but I think the black turn-o-graph is calling me!! I love both but need to decide... thinking with heart...ETA 2824 high grade or RLX 3135???? Please heeeeelp!!! Thanks! |

I'd get the turnograph now. Then maybe add the BBB later? There are great deals to be had with blue or red, and eventually people will start flipping their black which may drive the price down eventually. So they'll always be readily available when you decide you can't live without it.
I already have 3 divers, so that's just me Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk |

Personally I'd get the BBB since TOG doesn't "sing" to me but that's just me though.

Both beautiful watches !
I personally find the Turn-O-Graph something more special. It’s a Datejust EXTRA 😀 I also think that the Turn-O-Graph is not really a bad investment in the longer run. It is actually a matt gray dial with unique index. |

I would go for the TOG, as well. There is still some new old stock available from what I have seen. Based on availability, you can always land a Tudor later. If you want a TOG in great condition, I would go for that first.

I want a TOG badly, but 36mm is just too small for me. I wish they'd make a DJII in TOG.

Yes TURN-O-Graph
Bidirectional rotatable non graduated 18 karat gold bezel. It combined the robustness of the Oyster case with a rotatable bezel – the first for Rolex – and was designed to offer an alternative to the chronograph. Overall, the "new" model (116264) succeeds not by trying to be a chronograph, but as a simple and elegant watch that allows you to keep track of that parking meter every now and then. I own a BBB. And this comes down to which one you want to get first IMO. Both at far different so they will look great side by side in a collection. But if you can only have 1 I would go TOG. I had a early 90s TT Thunderbird and regret flipping it. But I do love my BBB!

I thought it was Slate Grey not Black.
I have the T O G in SS / White dial on Oyster (£3070 in 2005 - £3120 on Jubilee when purchased) wished I'd gone blue, but not as trendy back then. To be honest it's a nice watch, but gets the least wear time of all my pieces and compared to my Explorer and OP (both 36mm) seems to wear smaller, which is why I'm giving it to my daughter for her 21st. I'd go for the BB |

Turn-O-Graph is the one to get. Love my Thunderbird, the precursor of the TOG.

Thanks again!!
Is true both are great but now I'm sure TOG is the best option first. I think is a very special watch with very nice history! I'm searching for one now...hehehe. And I'll take the BB later! Hope so! Really thanks! |

The TOG is my guilty pleasure Rolex. That would be my choice.

I went with a Turn-O-Graph a few years back when deciding on a new Rolex.

I will choose the TOG first. The BBB will be easier to get down the road.

I have a major soft spot for black dial TOG. BBB is different enough that it would be worth getting both eventually. I would get TOG first (clearly I am biased) and it seems that you've already made a great decision
