Is 323 Next for me?
I have an opportunity to acquire a 323 from a local AD for a very reasonable price. Brand new O series old stock. (~3 years old)
I have a 233 dot dial now and love it. Its currently my only PAM. I had a 425 for a while but flipped it. Anything I should be aware of good or bad? If I don't buy this I won't be getting anything else, so I am not interested in advice about other models. Pro: Similar to my 233 but Rad with am/pm dial. Kind of a brother/sister combination 10 Day movement is incredible Beautiful clean dial 47mm which I like a lot JV strap one of my favorites I could likely flip it in a year or two and not lose $$ Is on my wish list but never willing to pay the premium price for one Local AD is excellent Cons: Too similar to the 233? Fully polished case tends to scratch Very tall. I can see it getting dinged, although I have many larger watches Not really limited I'm more of a sport watch guy, too dressy? Still a huge investment Why didn't it sell for so long? This AD has many high end brands and clients What else?

If you love it and the price is right, why not take it for a spin?

I ended up letting it go. It was a Black Friday type of one day sale so I needed to move fast. It was a crazy bargain price and I will regret this for sure. But in the end paying $10k for a watch I wasn't 100% sure about may not be a bargain.
Who knows what the future holds?!
