Off to airport...with no travel

My sister is flying in today, so being a good brother (as always!) I offered to go through the hectic Christmas traffic to pick her up....

I agree!! It is a fantastic beer, and I just love pairing it with Añejo or extra Añejo tequilas.

I just have to share this with TRF: my mom is from a small town a few hours away. We all love her cooking...country flavors are something else.

She know we all crave for her flour tortillas. As she will have a full house this Christmas (all brothers, sisters, grandkids in town), she started working on this....

Here you go. 300 (yes, 3-hundred) freshly hand made flour tortillas!!!! Plastic bags will allow them to be frozen or refrigerated (if needed!)

Love you, mom!!!!

Thanks for bringing up all these good memories for me Gerardo! My grandmother used to make homemade tortillas and I loved to eat them when still warm with a little butter and salt...yummy!

PS - that Negra Modelo looks tasty as well.

Enjoy the Holidays with your family!
