Better check warranty. JS offers their own warranty. Factory warranty not in play. Could be a problem.

If it was BNIB I would say go for it and still under full factory warranty.

I think they substitute their warranty for factory warranty.

I really love this deal and has been thinking for sometime now but issue is 47mm and not fan of dial with only 12 and 6 numbers. If no date and 3 at that place, I might have got it.

The only way you get a genuine PAM warranty is buying at an AD

This is 2015 model. Don't think we already have pre-owned and at 60% off.

So the warranty transfers with the watch as long as it was originally bought at an AD?

Just remember that Jomashop, like many of the gutter-end of the grey market, does not honor their warranty easily...

If you have a problem with your watch (which is being sold on jomashop because someone, somewhere couldn't sell it or it needed some work done, etc.), don't expect any service from them.

Not lucky at all. Don't know where you got that info from. The warranty is valid as long as the card is valid.

In the case of Joma, you get NO Panerai warranty. It's their own warranty. Not worth it to me. I bought Joma once, and never would again. I'd rather buy pre-owned or gray.

There are few routes/channels how grey market acquire time pieces. Such online retailers could not provide manufacturers warranty due to the process of liquidation/auctions. Some says some Jonathan products has valid warranty but their warranty is thier own as site said. Plus someone said in above, you should call them before you made an order (if you are still not care about warranty part) and make sure they have item in stock...

Bottom line I would go with known dealer in TRF or WUS or local AD.

My point exactly...Joma has NO factory warranty as does most crap online shops! We are talking about gray market "shops" online... isn't that what this topic is about sir? Not watches that were already bought WITH official warranties then resold... guess you didn't read between the lines. I regress, should have made that more clear when stating previously about "factory warranties"
