Icon19 Trip to the AD...Tried on a few >>Pics inside<<

I went in thinking that I would want to acquire the 116655, but they only had the 37 MM example. They didn't have the 40mm so I Tried on the 37mm. It is really light compared to any of the watches I OWN(ed). I'm sure the 40mm would be similar in lightness, and comfort. It does feel like you could wear it and forget it's even on your wrist. The OysterFlex with it's Rubber baffles are very comfortable.

Now, When one buys a Rolex Sport watch with Bracelet, there is an amount of Heft that is usually present, but on the RoseGold Yachtmaster, it is not there. Very similar in weight to a Daytona on a strap.

I thought I would like the PM watches better than the SD4000, but I found that I am so happy with my SD! It sits higher on my wrist, so when I bend my wrist upwards, it doesn't touch like the Sub and GMT models, which sit a bit lower respectively.

I did really like the SMurf, and wanted to love it so much that I would buy it, but it just wasn't as comfortable as the SD. Well, at least to me...
  1. The SD has the HEFT
  2. It is comfortable
  3. It looks modern without the Cyclops
  4. I love the Matt Dial
  5. Love the Graduated Ceramic Bezel
  6. Love the Glidelock
  7. Love the Tapered Lugs
  8. Love the ROLEX ROLEX rehaut
  9. It has the Blue Luminova
  10. Brushed Center and End Links
  11. and Lastly, the History
  12. Keeps time within C.O.S.C

That all gold sub with blue dial/bezel is on my short list. It's beautiful in person. White gold is beautiful too, but I have that covered already.

I love the SD4k but it doesn't have a 1/2 link in the bracelet like the SS Subc's do.

Sure do to make it fit right. 4 1/2 on the 6 side for a perfect fit for me.

At least Rolex makes them for the TT and the WG so the fit can be just right

Just order the Sub 1/2 link. It'll fit the SD4k.
