Visit to Beverly Hills Rolex service center

Today I went to the RSC to have a Sub I got last weekend adjusted. I purchased the D series sub from a TRF member and it was perfect except it was a bit fast. I timed it using my GPS clocks at work. From my calculating the Sub was about 10 seconds fast.

I've been to this service center before and they have excellent service! I told the lady at the desk my problem and she takes the watch to the back tech's and within a couple of minutes comes out and says your watch is 9-10 seconds fast.

I was impressed! The lady said they would adjust the watch and make sure there were no other problems. I was there about 30 minutes. The staff was very nice and we had a great chat.

I got my watch back and best of all no charge. The whole experience was once again top notch!! I even got to take home the watch magazine in their lobby with lots of great articles on Rolex watches like the Sub, SD, Presidental, Daytona.

Overall, a great experience and another reason why I wear Rolex, plus I like the blind. :)

Great to here. I have a watch that was serviced by BH and their work is indeed fantastic.

They were the only RSC to agree to service my 1680 RED just a few months ago. Beautiful work! And it was finished a week early.

I just picked up my 15 year old DJ in Beverly Hills that was not keeping good time anymore. Looks brand new. The rep offered to take a couple of links out because she said it was too loose She came back in 10 minutes and gave me a travel case. Paid $700. The watch timing is spot on. The turnaround was 10 weeks. I am very satisfied.

RSC always have these cute & friendly girls working.
The experience for me has always been perfect in the past 12-13 years.
The ADs sure can learn alot from them.

Visit to Beverly Hills Rolex service center

Went last week, very impressed with it and the attention to customers!

Got the estimate (and approve it) on my TOG on the spot, cutting 4-6 weeks of waiting when sent by mail through either AD or directly over mail, very glad make time to go there !
