Tudor Submariner 75090 Glass and bracelet issue

Hello Everybody

Just recently bought a Tudor Sub, Import from Japan and after bit of time I start to have feeling like bezel isn't straight but now I think the glass was not stuck properly I will attach some photo at 1'clock to 5'clock is where the glass isn't stuck properly. Is something which require urgent service or can be used like that ?
And Bracelet look's not to be geniune, on the tudor stamp "watch co. ltd." is hard to read ??? (((

Thank you for your help.
