Can anyone identify this model?

Curious about how you came across this piece. It is unusual I would think to stumble on this piece without knowing what it is or how much they sell for. As for authenticity doesn't look good but more/better pictures are always helpful to be sure.

The most obvious giveaway is the non-skeletized movement for example the lack of gear wheel behind the hands and lack of the screw at 7.30.
