Clean trade.......would you?

So I have been offered a 3 week old Blue dial Yachtmaster straight across for my BLNR which is about 4 months old
Both watches are mint
MSRP on the Yachtmaster is about 30% more then the BLNR

I love both but the glass bead bezel on the YM worries me as I know from experience that it can be a scratch magnet

Liking them both equally as much, what would you do?

Even as someone who is not a fan of the BLNR, I believe that is NOT a good trade.

The BLNR is, to me, a much more desirable and valuable piece. I would not make such a trade.

I appreciate the opinions of my fellow members, thanks.
I'm glad I'm not getting the "do what feels right" or "chose the one that sings to you" comments.
They all sing to me so this is simply a matter of economics

If a regular YM (not blue dial), I would do the trade.

Not just because the Gmt has more fans than the yachtmaster, but functionality wise, you get more with the blnr than the yachtmaster...

I won't do the trade. Add yes...but much prefer the original platinum dial...

I like the YM more visually but if you'd miss the GMT function then hold what you got.

Against the grain but I would. Blue dial YM is more attractive and I've seen and worn both watches. Purely on esthetic taste.

Surely your current watch can't be singing to you very loudly or you wouldn't be thinking about swapping it?

The ym in person is amazing. And it costs more.but it will scratch a lot easier. I'd do the trade personally

Choose what you like the most but not for the sake of just getting something new.
BLNR stays if it were me.
