Any thought on the Tudor Pelagos??
I currently own the original 2 line version.
I'm kicking around the idea of selling it to get the new version with the in house movement? Any opinions?

I like the one you have Joe. It's a less cluttered dial than the new version and, whether a consideration or not, less expensive to service. I'd keep the one you have and enjoy the heck out of it.

I think the Pelagos will be around for a long time and eventually there will be a lot more in-house versions then the 2 line originals. If you're not a serial flipper and want to keep something a VERY long time. I would keep yours. Who knows what happens in 20-30 years from now. The early versions may be so rare that they end up being more desirable.

Love the blue and don't consider the dial busy at all.

Just picked this up last week and haven't taken it off since. It has been deadly accurate as well. If you want blue I say do it!

I love the Blue version also.
I was considering going with another Black version with the in house movement.

I wouldn't, unless you had to have the blue model. The new in-house version is slightly thicker. I would stay put.

I'm going to make this easy for you. The one you have is a excellent. Very nice. Unless you need the blue (which is beautiful in its own way) keep the one you have.

I would suggest you to choose the new blue version instead of the black one.

I don't think I would switch. I don't feel the movement alone is worth it, and I don't really like the blue.

Not a fan at all.
Looks like a toy watch with a novel written on the dial Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Had the new blue model for a few months, just couldn't love it though.
It looked great but I found the bracelet kept pulling at my arm hairs. Real pain to swap the bracelet for the rubber strap. Flipped it for a DSSD and haven't looked back. I still think it was a lovely looking watch and the one I had kept perfect time it just wasn't for me.

I'd keep what you have. Put the cash into the watch slush fund for something down the line.

Like the blue, but don't like paragraphs on dials.
