is the bezel replaceable? I ask this because i'm into probably about 1 month into my PAM 88 ownership and it has taken quite a few bumps and dings in this time frame. Thanks.

don't know the answer to your question but you will be surprised what your ad can polish out...

just take to a Panerai AD and have them polish and see how's the result.
