Selling a classic Rolex Sea-Dweller 16600, W-serial from 1994-95, in stunning original condition. Full set, with punched Rolex guarantee certificate, booklets, inner and outer boxes, full Sea-Dweller kit with tool and anchor. Full matching tritium (dial, hands, bezel pearl). Complete movement service done at ABC Watchwerks in Los Angeles in April 2015 and under warranty until April 2017. (Total cost of service, $705).

Dial and hands are absolutely mint. Crystal is perfect, with no edge chips commonly found on old 16600s. Case and lugs are super fat. Case sides appear never to have been polished. (ABC lightly detailed the lugs.) There are some light surface scratches here and there on the case, but I preferred to leave it unpolished. Timekeeping is within COSC standards. Comes on the original Rolex heavy oyster 93160 bracelet with very minimal stretch and 11 links, not including the diver’s extension. The bracelet is date-coded “T6” on the clasp, which is correct for 1995. This is a beautiful collector’s set for a watch that is now more than 20 years old. Hard to find an all-tritium 16600, especially in this condition. There is a light, matching ivory patina developing on the hour markers on the dial, hands and bezel pearl, more noticeable in certain light. Really beautiful. (See wrist-shot photo in the sun.)
