Congrats! I wanted blue originally but settled on an ETA black face. I think blue is still in the cards for me though! This is absolutely hands down my favorite watch--everything about it from titanium to ultra stealth in the normal workplace! Oh and the lume---the lume...love the lume! hah.

How does the bracelet work? I mean does it have micro adjust or similar?

3 micro adjust settings and a spring loaded float system that moves with your wrist.

the bracelet is hollow center links and super comfy. you also have the rubber strap option which brings weight down from 142g or so to 106g.

you are correct. i thought they were because one flipped inward on me when sizing the bracelet. they are solid. that said at 142g (with all links) the watch is light.
