my first rolex

Just picked up a GMT-IIC from an AD for $6200 plus $60 for shipping out of state (no sales tax). The only thing is, I won't get it until Thursday.

I'm really excited, and will post some wrist shots when it arrives.

You did better than me - I paid retail earlier this week. Even Swiss Luxury sells this watch $150 OVER retail! You stole it! I went to five dealers, only two had one available, and neither would budge.

Congrats!

Congrats on your new GMT-C. Don't worry I had to wait a week to get my Daytona from a state next door to mine.
