Icon4 My stolen watch

I just moved to a new home and my watch was stolen at my bedroom but I can't prove who the person was since we had lots of movers and deliverers came to our house. I have my original receipt, box and the serial number of the watch registered in my name and it was a Christmas gift from my husband. I wonder if there is a registry where a watch can be traced. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to you all Omega owners!
